A Perfect Day – When Was the Last Time You Had One?

When you think of a perfect day what do you think about?

Do you think about spending the day on a beach with a few tropic–coladas?

Maybe you will go windsurfing or jet skiing? Perhaps a day on the golf course?

Or do you dream about a day that you will spend having fun with your children?

No interruptions, no chores, no deadlines, no cell phones.

How about packing a picnic and spending the day in the park playing games, going for walks, having an ice cream.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to have these kinds of days already scheduled into your month or your year?

Sometimes spur of the moment plans are great, but usually people find that if they pre–plan a perfect day or a perfect week, it is much more likely to happen. It also gives you something fun to look forward to.

It is very important within the course of a month or even 6 or 12 months to plan or schedule something exciting into your life.

Remember the Disney World commercial where the kids can't sleep and the Dad can't sleep because they are so excited about going to Disney World?

Begin by making a list. Say this month I would like to schedule four play days with my children.

We will go to the park, go to the zoo or depending on where you live, go to the beach for a day.

Or, think about an exciting vacation that you have always wanted to take. Where will you go?

Come up with a plan.

Will you go with friends or by yourself? When will you go? How long will your trip be? How much will it cost?

Nowadays you can do so much planning and research online. While preparing this article I found a site on the internet that is actually called Perfect Day Experiences. Some of their perfect days sound quite adventurous and fun, and some sound very relaxing.

Once you have answered your questions about who, what, where and how much, you can figure out where the money will come from. Maybe you already have it?

If not, look for ways to generate new money. Think about starting a small home based business. It could be a business online, but it doesn't have to be.

Think about creating passive streams of income.

Investigate options that will generate new money for you and your family so that you can afford to take time away for a perfect day or a perfect vacation whenever you like.
